Shipping Method:
All corals are shipped via UPS Overnight Express. Most packages are delivered by 10:30 AM.
Packaging:
Corals are packed in double-layered, sealed plastic bags (sizes 3x14 and 6x12 inches) with clear plastic cups for added protection.
Packing Time:
Corals are packed at 3:00 PM EST to minimize transit time — delivery typically takes less than 24 hours from packing to your doorstep.
Storage Conditions:
Corals are sealed in large bags filled with pure oxygen, which helps keep them alive for up to 48 hours inside the packaging.
Temperature Control:
• If the temperature is below 65°F (18°C), we include a heat pack with ventilation holes.
• If the temperature is between 65°F and 75°F (18–24°C), no heat packs are used.
• If the temperature is above 75°F (24°C), we include a cold pack, and the box is sealed tightly.
Shipping Days:
We ship orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
We do not ship on Thursdays to avoid potential delays that could result in Monday delivery.
Fish Shipping Rate:
The shipping cost for fish is $60 and is always required.

Live Item Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed for shipping, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Order processing includes holding and preparing livestock after the order is placed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to reefexclusive@gmail.com.
We will respond promptly to confirm whether the order can still be canceled.
