Experience the striking beauty of our aquacultured Branched Green Hammer Coral (Euphyllia ancora). This exceptional specimen features vibrant neon green stalks and branches topped with stunning electric blue tips, creating a mesmerizing contrast that will captivate viewers of your reef aquarium.

Our Branched Green Hammer is 100% aquacultured in specialized coral farming facilities, providing you with a sustainable and environmentally responsible addition to your reef collection. These aquacultured specimens typically demonstrate better adaptability and growth rates compared to wild-harvested corals.

Key Features:

  • 100% Aquacultured: Sustainably propagated in controlled environments
  • Exceptional Coloration: Vibrant neon green tissue with electric blue polyp tips
  • Branching Growth Form: Multiple heads with excellent expansion potential
  • High Visual Impact: Creates dynamic movement with its sweeping tentacles
  • Sustainable Choice: Environmentally responsible alternative to wild-collected specimens

Care requirements:

  • Lighting: Moderate to high
  • Flow: Moderate, indirect flow
  • Difficulty: Moderate
  • Placement: Mid-level tank placement
  • Water quality: Stable parameters required

Recommended Parameters:

  • Temperature: 75-82°F (24-28°C)
  • Alkalinity: 8-10 dKH
  • Calcium: 400-450 ppm
  • Magnesium: 1250-1350 ppm

Feeding: Responds well to target feeding with mysis shrimp, zooplankton, or specialized coral foods 1-2 times weekly. Supplemental feeding promotes optimal health and growth.

Special Notes: This Euphyllia species requires adequate space (4-6") for expansion and can extend sweeper tentacles at night. Avoid placing near other corals that may be harmed by their defensive mechanisms. The branching form offers excellent growth potential, with new heads developing along the branches over time.

Each aquacultured specimen is carefully selected and acclimated in our systems to ensure maximum health and vibrancy upon arrival. The captivating blue tips and green base create a stunning visual display that becomes even more impressive under blue-spectrum lighting.
