Growth Potential: With proper care, Rhodactis mushrooms will gradually expand and may produce daughter polyps, eventually creating a colorful colony of multiple specimens.
Special Notes: Rhodactis can occasionally release allelopathic compounds, so provide adequate spacing from sensitive corals. They can also move slowly across surfaces to find their preferred lighting conditions. These mushrooms are photosynthetic but will benefit from occasional target feeding with finely minced meaty foods or coral-specific supplements.
